Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact support@omnela.com for approval and return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
